Instead, I asked ChatGPT who listed the most houses in my price range in the north county beach corridor. Katie and Sparky were #1 on the list. Since there are two of them, they could always accommodate my schedule to look at places and I think I ended up with a fairly even split between the two of them on showings. I was a little skeptical, to be honest, until I spoke with the seller after closing and he said, unprompted, that her letter was what swung his decision over to me instead of another bidder. She didn’t stop at the successful bid either. She read through every document and ensured all the escrow documents proceeded apace. She even caught billing errors in the escrow agents accounting. She even got the VA to expedite their process for my VA loan—talk about a super power! I had 13 cross country moves in 30 years with the military. Katie is unequivocally the best realtor I’ve had the pleasure of working with. If you’ve made it this far into this review, do yourself a favor and just hire her.”
