Sparky wears many hats—sometimes all at once. He’s the visionary behind our renovations, the calm voice in the heat of a negotiation, the brand manager, the connector, and Coach—as the local football kids call him—taking an active role in mentoring youth and giving back to the community he loves.

As a full-time real estate professional since 2004, Sparky brings a rare blend of creative intuition and tactical know-how to every transaction. He sees the potential in every property and helps clients see it too—whether it's matching buyers with homes they didn’t know they were dreaming of, or transforming listings with design ideas that maximize value and impact.

In addition to his role at Pond Team Real Estate, Sparky also leads our property management company, PTPM, helping local homeowners and investors protect and grow their real estate assets with care and professionalism.
